The Tulane University Department of Political Science and the World Affairs Council of New Orleans will host an evening discussion on U.S. Foreign Policy in Africa featuring Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Thursday, March 2, at 7 p.m. in Rogers Memorial Chapel on the uptown campus. Chris Fettweis, an associate professor of political science, will moderate.
