Dangling from the branch of a Southern live oak tree, Spanish moss creates a natural curtain along the pedestrian path in Audubon Park in New Orleans. Part of the bromeliad family, Spanish moss is a rootless, flowering plant that grows in warm climates with high average humidity levels. We got that.
