Michael Camper, a chef with Sodexo Dining Services, prepares a shrimp po-boy on a full loaf of Leidenheimer french bread. During the event President Michael Fitts discussed the first-year class and move-in day, introduced new administrative hires, and praised the staff and faculty for the care and dedication they bring to their jobs. Following his address, President Fitts mingled with the crowd stopping to interact with many along the way.
