Community members along with Green Wave coaches, staff members and student-athletes take part in the event, which began and ended at the Westfeldt Practice facility track.

Runners enjoy the spring weather at the 5K. After the event, all participants were invited to free admission to a Tulane baseball game at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium.
