Tulane: An App for That
Tulane University Communications and Marketing is partnering with Straxis Technology to develop a Tulane app for iPhones.

Expected to launch in late February, the free app will include links to frequently used websites, news, sports, events, weather, important information, campus announcements and video, a campus map and more.
Plans for future enhancements include a self-guided campus tour and course registration via the app.
While this application will only work on iPhones, developers in Technology Services plan to build a custom mobile phone application that will integrate more fully with existing Tulane systems and that will work on other types of phones.
