France, a sophomore pitcher on the Tulane baseball team, hums a pitch off the mound during the Green Wave’s 4-1 victory over No. 8 Louisiana State University at Greer Field in Turchin Stadium on Tuesday (April 26). France pitched seven scoreless innings, which set up Tulane for the first season sweep of the Tigers since 2007, after defeating LSU in Baton Rouge in March. Up next, the Wave will host the University of Houston for a three-game conference series starting on Friday (April 29).
