Carville and Matalin to Speak at Tulane University's Commencement

WHAT: Tulane University"s Commencement

WHO: Approximately 2,100 graduates, more than 100 faculty in full academic regalia, thousands of friends and families, national political commentators (and husband and wife) James Carville and Mary Matalin, Dr. Michael White"s Original Liberty Jazz Band, jazz singer Wanda Rouzan, herald trumpets, a balloon drop, confetti cannons, Mardi Gras Indians and a traditional New Orleans second-line procession. Among the graduates are an 81- year-old who is earning his Master"s of Business Administration; two undergraduates who are being honored for their dedication to public service in New Orleans; and a group of nine who will finally receive their Master"s of Fine Arts degree after a delay caused by Katrina.
