WHAT: Tulane University School of Medicine White Coat Ceremony

WHERE: Hyatt Regency Celestin Room, 601 Loyola Dr., New Orleans

WHEN: 2 p.m., Sunday, August 5. Doors open at 1 p.m.

MORE: New medical students don their white doctor's coats for the first time, marking the start of their induction into the medical profession. Joining the celebration are the students' families, friends and professors at the Tulane School of Medicine. This year’s keynote speaker is Gary Wiltz, MD, a Tulane School of Medicine graduate and CEO of Teche Action Clinics in southwest Louisiana
