Tulane geophysicist Cynthia "Cindy" Ebinger is available to discuss a range of timely topics, including earthquake activity, natural hazards, climate resilience, critical minerals and the future of energy resources. An internationally recognized expert in tectonics and geophysics, Ebinger is a member of both the National Academy of Sciences and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and has advised policymakers on issues related to energy security and environmental change.
She can provide insight into how geoscience informs disaster preparedness, the energy transition and our understanding of Earth's dynamic systems. Interviews are available upon request.
