On Sept. 11, at 5:30 a.m., 16 members of the Tulane University Police Department (TUPD) gathered at the Diboll Parking Garage to participate in the 2nd Annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. The event took place in honor of the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice on that day 21 years ago.
