9/11 Memorial Stair Climb by TUPD September 23, 2022 10:30 AM | Tulane Today today@tulane.edu View PDF On Sept. 11, at 5:30 a.m., 16 members of the Tulane University Police Department (TUPD) gathered at the Diboll Parking Garage to participate in the 2nd Annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. The event took place in honor of the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice on that day 21 years ago. TUPD officers walked the Diboll Garage stairwells 18 times for a total of 108 flights of stairs.
