Arctic blast cools Tulane campus

Tulane University students enjoyed a rare snow day Wednesday, Jan. 17, as temperatures in New Orleans struggled to reach the 30s. A wintry mix of rain and below freezing temperatures resulted in ice coverage across much of the uptown campus. The weather, however, didn’t keep students from having a little fun with ice, writing on this outdoor table.
