Burkenroad Report moves to new TV station

The Burkenroad Report is moving. The morning business news segment produced by Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business has aired on Mondays at 7:40 a.m. as part of WWL-TV’s morning news for the past 12 years. Beginning Monday, Dec. 5, “CBS This Morning” will air on WWL-TV from 7 to 9 a.m. WWL-TV’s “Morning Show,” including the Burkenroad Report, will move to WUPL 54. The segment, which takes its name from the Freeman School’s Burkenroad Reports equity research program, is hosted by Mark Rosa and focuses on local business news with an emphasis on stocks followed by the Burkenroad Reports program. WUPL is channel 54 on broadcast, DirectTV and Dish Network and channel 2 on Cox and U-verse.
