Master Sgt. Bryan Smith, USMC, shouts drill directions to the Tulane Navy ROTC battalion during an early morning practice on the Berger Family Lawn. The group is preparing for the annual change of command ceremony on April 5. The event, attended by family and friends, officially hands over control of the battalion to junior ROTC students.
