Tulane Catholic prepares to launch new building.

Wearing a hat reminiscent of The Flying Nun, a worker puts finishing touches on the exterior of the new Catholic student center on the Tulane University uptown campus. Located at 1037 Audubon St., behind the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library, the new center will be christened the Fr. Val A. McInnes, O.P. Center for Catholic Life during a dedication ceremony on Aug. 21.
