Football Player Sparks Scores Academically

Tulane's Cody Sparks will go down as one of the most productive tight ends in school history, but the football standout also has won recognition for his performance in the classroom. The senior was one of only 11 players selected to the 2010 Conference USA All-Academic Football Team, the league office announced.
