New students take on independence

During the first true moments of freedom when the parents of first-year students leave campus at the conclusion of move-in weekend, students may feel overwhelmed with excitement and some trepidation about being away from home for the first time. In the video, students attending the Cirque de Tulane event, sponsored by Tulane Student Affairs on Saturday (Aug. 27), shared their personal and sometimes humorous expectations about their new lives on campus.
