Halloween has always been a hauntingly good reason to celebrate.

Tulane University students stage an emergency medical procedure during a Halloween party on Oct. 29, 1949. Anyone with information leading to the identification of the surgeon and other partygoers is encouraged to take two aspirin and call us in the morning.
