Photos: It takes a shtetl

The life, times and tunes of the fictional shtetl of Anatevka are brought to the stage of Dixon Hall on the Tulane uptown campus, as Fiddler on the Roof hits the boards in the final installment of Summer Lyric Theatre's 2012 program.

The musical plays tonight (Aug. 3) and Saturday (Aug. 4) at 8 p.m., as well as Sunday (Aug. 5) at 2 p.m.

Randy Cheramie, center, stars as Tevye, the beleaguered peasant dairyman and father.
