The Phellows" streetcar ride goes down St. Charles Avenue to Lee Circle and back with costumed riders such as these maskers dressed in black and gold.

The New Orleans area will have lots of reasons to celebrate through Fat Tuesday, which falls on Feb. 16 this year.
