Playhouse

The rising sun lights up the front of Dixon Hall on the uptown campus. Designed and built in 1929, it is constructed in the Italian Renaissance style and houses the music department, offices for Summer Lyric Theatre at Tulane, and an auditorium for musical, dance and theatrical performances.
