Sunday will mark the 21st anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the Twin Towers in New York City. Each year, the families of victims of the attacks gather to read the names of those who lost their lives during the attacks and during the Feb. 26, 1993, bombing of the World Trade Center.
