Ripples Camp voted "best"

New Orleans residents have ranked the Tulane University Ripples Summer Camp at no. 2 on the top-10 list of best camps for kids.
Gambit Weekly conducted the poll that was printed in the publication"s Best of New Orleans 2014 edition.

Michelle Riley Mirpuri, associate director of programs at the Reily Student Recreation Center, says the camp"s staff was thrilled with the high ranking. Among the top camps were the New Orleans Jewish Community Center, Kehoe-France and the Audubon Zoo Camp.
Mirpuri says the camp"s staff is ready for even more exciting activities this summer.
“Campers can look forward to many of their favorite events such as Carnival Day, Ripples Olympics and the Ripples Talent Show,” says Mirpuri. “We also hope to have sports workshops with the New Orleans Pelicans and the Saints.”
Registration for summer 2015 is under way now. Camp session dates are June 1â“12 (session 1), June 15â“26 (session 2) June 29â“July 10 (session 3), and July 13â“24 (session 4).
Registration is $575 per session for Tulane affiliates and $625 for non-affiliates.
