Stephen Alemais, a sophomore shortstop on the Tulane University baseball team, invokes the spirit of Pete Rose and does his best “Charlie Hustle” impression, sliding head-first into third base against LSU at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium on Tuesday (March 24). While the Green Wave was able to muster four runs in the final two innings, the top-ranked Tigers offense proved to be too much for the team, which dropped the contest 13-7.
