Service with a smile

“Good morning, how are you doing today? How can I help you?” Leslie Young, a member of the Tulane Dining Services staff, greets Green Wave defensive end Robert Kennedy at the buffet line in Bruff Commons. Young says she likes working with students. “When they wake up in the morning and they come to get breakfast, they want to see a smile on your face. You can’t be all serious.”
