A string of flowers and a Krewe of Muses bracelet adorn a bronze fountain and sculpture of a water nymph,“Chloe,” in New Orleans City Park in Mid-City. Dating to 1929, the fountain was restored in 1994 in honor of Patrick J. Butler.
