Talk Aimed at Caregivers

A Tulane nursing manager will present a case on "A Patient's Personal Choice to Discontinue Life-Saving Treatment" today (Jan. 19) for the Schwartz Center Rounds.

Karen Wulff, nursing manager in hematology/oncology in the School of Medicine, will make the presentation at 12:30 p.m. in room PS-10 at the Tulane Cancer Center Comprehensive Clinic, 150 S. Liberty St.

Schwartz Center Rounds is a multidisciplinary forum where caregivers discuss difficult emotional and social issues that arise in caring for patients. Over 37,000 clinicians across the country participate in these interactive discussions and share their experiences, thoughts and feelings on different topics.
