Tip of the hat
The Green Wave baseball team runs out of the dugout during the 2015 NCAA Regional baseball championship at Alex Box Stadium on the LSU campus in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While the Wave were eliminated from postseason play after an 8-2 loss on Sunday (May 31) to UNCâ“Wilmington, it was the first postseason appearance for the team since 2008. First-year head coach David Pierce called the regional berth the first step in rebuilding the team, and fans would most likely agree the season was one heck of a ride.
