Tulane University President Scott Cowen is being photographed a lot lately as he counts down toward June 30, his last day as president, but this Times-Picayune photo is pretty special. Nola.com, the TP's website, chose the photo by Brett Duke as its “Photo of the Day” on Wednesday (March 19).
