“Three rings 6’ diameter,” a 12-foot-tall sculpture made of corten steel, welcomes visitors to the Woldenberg Art Center on the uptown campus. Employing materials traditionally found in the building industry, artist Dee Briggs, a 2002 graduate of the Master of Architecture program at Yale University, uses mathematics, architecture and experience to inform her work. The sculpture will be on display through the summer.
