Tulane marching band filmed for "NCIS"

 

From rhythmic tapping of the quads to the spinning flags as parade-goers cheered, it looked like a typical Carnival parade performance for the Tulane University Marching Band.

But this wasn"t just any parade — it was a performance staged for the cameras, part of a segment filmed for an upcoming episode of CBS" “NCIS: New Orleans.”
