Tulane social work dean uses virtual reality to help those fighting addiction

Tulane School of Social Work dean Patrick Bordnick received one of five Not Impossible Awards for the innovative virtual reality world he designed to help individuals overcome addiction to drugs and alcohol. As a result of his winning the 2018 Not Impossible Vitality Award, Bordnick is featured in the video below, where he details his reasons for pursuing this technology.
