Vaccine for H1N1 Available

All Tulane faculty, staff and students are now eligible to receive the H1N1 vaccine through the Student Health Centers on the uptown and downtown health sciences campuses.

Current vaccine supplies are limited; vaccinations will be given on a first-come, first-served, basis as supplies remain available. An administrative fee of $10 will be charged for the vaccine.

For faculty and staff members who wish to receive the H1N1 vaccine at the uptown Student Health Center, vaccine clinics will be held in the 1st floor conference room on Tuesday through Friday (Jan. 5–8) from 9 to 11 a.m. Additional clinics will be scheduled later in January.

The H1N1 vaccine is available to students at the uptown Student Health Center during regular operating hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or on Saturday, 9 a.m.–noon. Appointments are not necessary.

Faculty, staff and students also can obtain the H1N1 vaccine at the downtown Student Health Center during regular operating hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Vaccination is currently open to Tulane faculty, staff and students only and not their family members. Seasonal flu vaccines are not being offered at this time.
