Lloyd Lachney and Chris Rocker with H. Rocker Electric work to install additional electrical outlets in the second-floor study area of the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library on the Tulane University uptown campus. The old wooden cubicles have been removed to make way for the latest in library carrels.
