Black-eyed Susans spread smiles across the uptown campus.

Nothing signals the heat of summer like bunches of black-eyed Susans sprouting in gardens across campus. The patch pictured is in full bloom in the Louisiana Native Garden next to the Merryl and Sam Israel Jr. Environmental Sciences Building on the uptown campus.
