Jerry Caillouet, owner of Mandeville Seafood, scoops fresh-boiled crawfish into boxes outside of Bruff Commons for the annual Craw Dat event on the Tulane University uptown campus on Tuesday (April 19). The Dining Services chefs used the 1,500 pounds of mudbugs Caillouet cooked on site to prepare an assortment of Louisiana dishes for Bruff visitors.
