Musicians Lynn Drury, Sarah Quintana, Queen Koldmadina, Spirit McIntyre, Margie Perez, and Keith Porteous will take the stage in Freeman Auditorium to perform brand new pieces crafted specifically for the exhibition and inspired by the stories of individual PerSisters.

Formerly Incarcerated for the Formerly Incarcerated

Location: Uptown Campus
Newcomb Art Museum


Join Newcomb Art Museum for a behind-the-scenes exhibition tour and a conversation led by representatives from the community focusing on the myriad issues addressed in the exhibition as they pertain to formerly and currently incarcerated women in New Orleans.
12 to 1pm - (In the Museum) Monica Ramirez Montagut, director of Newcomb, and Laura Blereau, curator, will lead a tour of the exhibition with an emphasis on process, history, and design.

Tiffany Window Tours

Louis Comfort Tiffany was a pioneer in the art of stained glass and key figure in the Arts & Crafts Movement. Join Newcomb Art Museum every Second Thursday at noon, for guided tours of Tiffany Windows on the Tulane uptown campus.
