Tulane SoPA to host Entergy Career Panel on Sept. 16
The Tulane University School of Professional Advancement (SoPA) will host a career panel featuring three senior executives from the Entergy Corporation, including Yolanda Williams, the continuous improvement lead for corporate business services and an expert in automation and technology; Mark Kleehammer, vice president of regulatory and public affairs; and Matt Dearmon, director of innovative partnerships and portfolio management, overseeing the development of new products and services. The panel will take place Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 5 p.m. CST. The event is free, but registration is required. Please click here to register.
Participants will hear from Entergy executives discuss the experience of working for a company with such size, scope and importance; the broad range of careers and opportunities for professional growth at Entergy; and how to follow up to find out more about specific positions. Panelists will also reflect on their personal experiences at work and the sense of commitment and camaraderie that comes from working for a company that makes sure millions of people have access to power each day.

Williams, who joined Entergy in 2019, recently transitioned into a new role. In her new capacity, she will work to facilitate strong partnerships in business functions across Entergy and continue to mature their capabilities. In her previous role, Williams was director of the Entergy automation Center of Excellence.
Kleehammer, who received his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane, joined Entergy in 1998. He leads the regulatory and public affairs organizations for Louisiana and oversees its resource planning activities.
A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and also a graduate of Tulane’s A. B. Freeman School of Business, Dearmon joined Entergy in 2015. In his current role, he partners with leaders across the organization to prioritize and manage the portfolio of product development work underway in Entergy’s innovation center, KeyString Labs.
This panel is geared for Tulane students and alumni with a range of backgrounds who are interested in careers and career paths at Entergy.
Entergy also has a particular interest in employing veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces. Many SoPA students are either veterans or active duty military.
