Catherine E. Lhamon, the chair of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, will serve as this year’s George Abel and Mathilde Schwab Dreyfous Lecturer at Tulane Law School on Feb. 12 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Room 110 of John Giffen Weinmann Hall. Lhamon’s lecture is titled “Civil Rights in the Trump Era.”
