The complete lineup for the inaugural Book Festival at Tulane has been announced, featuring more than 100 renowned and rising authors, including 11 award-winning children’s authors for Family Day at the Festival. The event, which is free and open to the public except for three ticketed keynote author sessions, will be held March 19-21 on the uptown campus.

The Leonard A. Lauder Professor of American History and Values has been established at Tulane through a gift made by Leonard A. Lauder, Chairman Emeritus of The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc. Walter Isaacson, professor at the School of Liberal Arts and co-chair of The New Orleans Book Festival at Tulane, is the inaugural holder of the professorship.

The 31st annual Health Sciences Research Days at Tulane will be held March 11-12 and will feature presentations by students, faculty and staff. Presentations will be on display for review from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days at the J. Bennett Johnston Building on the downtown campus. A series of prizes will be awarded for outstanding presentations. Several affiliated lectures will be held in conjunction with the event. For more information, click here.
