The Tulane community mourns the loss of Raymond Edward Baltz, III, who passed away in a tragic accident at Tulane on March 12 at the age of 20. Baltz was a sophomore and double major in political science and history. He was elected to the Undergraduate Student Government, served on the Finance Committee and also served as a New Student Orientation Leader. He was also a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
