Adding life to years

In 1985, people over age 65 accounted for 11 percent of the U.S. population. By 2030, that number is expected to nearly double to 20 percent. With this booming population comes the need for new medical advances. Tulane researchers are uncovering the science behind aging and learning how to add life to years.

Business Model Competition announces finalists

Three finalists have been announced in the 2019 Tulane Business Model Competition. This year’s finalists, including Tulane’s own RentCheck, will compete on April 8 for $25,000 and a spot in an international competition in May.
