An anonymous donor made a $300,000 gift to Tulane’s Emerging Research in Infectious Disease Fund. The fund will provide immediate support to the university’s research efforts related to COVID-19.

The Office of Alumni Affairs has created a webinar series, Plug In, which features Tulane faculty and leadership providing updates on COVID-19 related content to alumni across the globe. The next webinar will be held Monday, April 13, from 11 a.m. to noon, and will feature Richard Oberhelman, MD, professor and chair of the Department of Global Community Health and Behavioral Sciences, discussing the public health response to COVID-19.
