Tulane’s Collaborative Group for Health Equity in Latin America (CHELA), in partnership with Every Woman Every Child and the University of Santiago de Chile, is launching the ISLAC Project, which will consist of research on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on health services for women, children and adolescents in Latin American and Caribbean countries. Arachu Castro, director of CHELA, is helping to lead the project.
