The New Orleans Maternal Child Health (MCH) Coalition, which includes representatives from Tulane’s Newcomb Institute and Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine will ask the New Orleans City Council to put its support behind efforts to reduce high maternal mortality rates in the city.
