Located between City Park Avenue and Bayou Metairie, “Chloe” sits in a fountain dedicated in 1910 to the memory of William Frazer Owen, Jr. by his parents. In 1994, the fountain underwent a restoration to honor Patrick J. Butler (1934-93). Known as the Owen/Butler Memorial Fountain, it sits among the Old Grove, the park’s oldest and largest live oak trees.
