Center for Public Service announces ‘Leaders in Service’ Top Public Service Student Awards
The Center for Public Service has announced its 2023 Top 30 Leaders in Service Award Winners. The award recognizes students who have committed their Tulane University career to improving the community around them. Whether through service-learning courses, internships, student leadership or volunteerism, the students recognized have shown dedication in their commitment to the New Orleans community and beyond.
The students represent organizations including service-learning assistants, community engagement advocates, Outreach Tulane executive board, CACTUS, public service interns, founders of student service organizations and initiatives, Tulane EMS, Student Organizing Against Racism, Community Service Fellows, Weatherhead Scholars, diversity fellows, Alpha Phi Omega, and NPC/NPHC/IFC organization volunteer and philanthropy chairs, among many others.
