Earl Retif, recently retired vice president for enrollment management, capped off his 40-year career at Tulane University with one last honor: a Hero Award from the organization College Track.

College Track works with youngsters from underserved communities and mentors them through high school and college. Tulane University has partnered with College Track since 2014. As a Hero, Retif was recognized for his dedication “to ensure college affordability and unwavering support for students from underrepresented communities.”

Retif received the award on May 12 at College Track’s “Launch to College” Celebration at Dillard University.
