Fried dough and a cup-o-Joe

There’s nothing like a little sugar to assist in preparing for finals. Café Du Monde, a local purveyor of famous fried dough since 1862, is on campus this week offering free café au lait and beignets. Look for the food truck from 10 a.m. to noon through Friday, May 11. Fun fact: Beignets are the official state doughnut of Louisiana.
