Local weather makes for dramatic views across the city.

Sunlight breaks through dark clouds passing over downtown New Orleans on Wednesday morning. With the approach of Tropical Storm Cindy, the weather was sporadic, often changing from mist to sprinkle to rain within a matter of seconds.
