First-year MDMS students get real life experience in surgical procedures.

A human anatomy model hangs nearby as students in the Tulane School of Medicine participate in a yearly, summertime surgical anatomy course offered to MD/MS students. The lab component which offers instruction in various surgical procedures takes place in the anatomy laboratory in the Hutchinson Memorial Building.
